About NCP4SEL
The North Country Partnership for Social & Emotional Learning (NCP4SEL) is a regional collaboration of school districts and area agencies in northern New Hampshire founded to promote social-emotional well-being from birth through adulthood across the North Country. Founded in 2020, NCP4SEL brings early childhood providers, K–12 educators, out-of-school partners, and community agencies together around a shared framework aligned with CASEL and MTSS-B. We focus on practical routines you can use tomorrow, simple data-to-action, and tools that travel with children and families, from co-regulation and play-based problem solving in the early years, to predictable, inclusive classroom practices in elementary and middle grades, and adult SEL habits that help staff and caregivers stay calm, connected, and effective. The result is a common language, stronger partnerships, and daily practices that allow every learner and the adults who support them to feel seen, supported, and ready to engage.
