Strategies

We want all children to have healthy futures. This means ensuring a strong foundation early in life for all the growth and development that follows. After ten years of investing in and cultivating a partner network designed to improve the health and well-being of all children 0-8 in Coös County, New Hampshire, the Coalition is ready to enter a new phase of work... system transformation. The Coös Early Childhood System Plan is designed to build on the strength of established partner relationships and uses the collective action approach to develop shared outcomes and strategies that when implemented will lead to a coordinated, sustainable system of supports.

Our community is located in the heart of the White Mountains in northern New Hampshire. We serve children and families in Coos County and bordering towns. We are working to create a coordinated, sustainable system of supports for families that will promote optimal cognitive, physical, social and emotional development in young children birth through age 8.
