screen early, support growth!

Your Child’s Success Begins with You!

As a parent, you are your child's first and most important teacher.

Your involvement is crucial for their development. From birth to age five, your child's brain is growing rapidly, making these early years critical for setting the foundation for future success. Screen early to ensure your child is on track and to catch any potential issues early on. Free developmental screenings are available at no cost all over the North Country.

Ages and stages QUESTIONNAIRE (ASQ-3)

Ages and stages - social emotional questionnaire
(ASQ:SE-2)

Did you know that 3 in 10 children experience developmental delays? Early detection through regular screenings can make all the difference.
ASQ-3 Screening
We hear a lot about developmental milestones like crawling and walking but equally as important is how your child is doing socially and emotionally.

caregiver depression screening

Screening for caregiver depression is crucial because a caregiver's mental health directly affects their ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for their child. While we often put the baby first, taking care of our own well-being ensures we can better support our child's healthy development, ultimately benefiting both caregiver and baby.
If you are facing an emergency, call 911. For mental health crises, call or text 988.
