elevating excellence in the north countryAt the heart of our mission at the Coos Coalition is the belief that professional development is key to creating the best possible environment for children and families in the North Country. Our Professional Development Workgroup is dedicated to this cause, carefully selecting and endorsing impactful training programs like Conscious Discipline, Pyramid Model, Growing Great Kids, and Motivational Interviewing. These programs are chosen to support the continuous learning and growth of our community members and partners, ensuring everyone involved with children and families has access to top-tier resources and knowledge.
The PD Workgroup actively seeks out and reviews new training opportunities to meet our area's evolving needs. By promoting these valuable trainings, we aim to broaden participation and extend benefits across our community. Our goal is clear: to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, making the North Country a community of support and enrichment for families and children. |
