At your service!

At the Coos Coalition, we understand that finding the right resources and support for your family can feel overwhelming. That's why we've streamlined the process, making it as straightforward as possible for you and your loved ones to access the help you need, when you need it. By filling out our brief connection form, you're taking the first step towards a wide array of local and statewide services tailored to your family's unique circumstances and needs.
Once your form is submitted, a dedicated Resource Navigator from our team will reach out to you through your preferred method of communication—be it email, text, phone call, or even a personal visit to your home, office, or another community location. Our goal is to have a meaningful conversation with you about the various supports, services, and programs you might be eligible for, ensuring you have all the information you need to make informed decisions.
Our network includes an extensive range of organizations and supports designed to cater to diverse needs, all unified by the mission to offer accessible assistance regardless of where you live or what your situation may be. And remember, there is absolutely no obligation to pursue any of the supports suggested. Should you find a service you wish to connect with, your Resource Navigator will be there to guide and support you through the process every step of the way.
Navigating through the maze of resources available can be daunting, but the Coos Coalition is here to help make it as easy as pie. Together with our partner organizations, we've devised a way for families—or those referring families—to get connected to everything they need by simply filling out a quick form.

Our community is located in the heart of the White Mountains in northern New Hampshire. We serve children and families in Coos County and bordering towns. We are working to create a coordinated, sustainable system of supports for families that will promote optimal cognitive, physical, social and emotional development in young children birth through age 8.
